Drivebase:
4 wheel 2+2 drivetrain with 4" Vexpro Omni wheels and 4" Colsons
4 CIM single speed geared for 13 feet/sec (adjusted) on custom CNC milled gearboxes
Gear/Fuel Intake:
2" compliant wheels intake gears at the ground position and place gears when pivoted vertically
Gear intake pivots up past vertical to align rollers into the 3-fuel wide intake tower
Climber:
Single 775pro on a 49:1 VP + 2.5:1 sprocket reduction climbs in <5sec
1/2" ratcheting wrench prevents backdrive
Student-welded climbing drum
Shooter/Fuel Hopper:
775pro on 4:1 reduction plus VP encoder allows for consistent speed management
Shoots at a rate of 3 balls/sec at the edge of the boiler
“Cyclone” hopper indexes balls for consistent shooter loading
