Robot Specifications:
Drivetrain
- 6x 8" Pneumatic wheels.
- Front wheels driven off of 1 CIM Tough Boxes.
- Middle and rear wheels driven by 2 CIM Tough Boxes on a pneumatically actuated bogie configuration(watch video).
Intake
- Roller driven by a bag motor and Vera-planetary gearbox.
- Roller surface is a pool noodle and 3M grip tape.
- Scoring is done in the low goal by reversing the intake.
- Wheel on end of intake used to raise portcullis.
Climbing
- Tape-measure used to deliver hook.
- Three winches using 550’s and 200lb test fishing line.
- Robot is leveled by gryo.
