What was the reasoning on the double intake you’re the second team I’ve seen do it. Also I didn’t see any auto. What is your goal for auto? Also what was your reasoning of High Climb over Traversal?

Hey, we choose a double intake to be able to traverse quicker as well as it has applications during defense. The auto we were still refining so we choose to rather not show something incomplete but don’t worry it’s ready for competition now. We also believe that traversal was too much work for a small point difference and the ranking point would still be gained through high climb. Thanks for the questions!

Out of curiosity what advantages do you have by having 2 intakes in defense.
We only recently made the auto after the video. We do a 4 ball auto on the right side. We decided to do high climb over transversal to prioritize building the shooter, we also thought the time trade off would not be worth the five extra points. Hope this helps!
