IronLink is a series of guides and handbooks on running a successful team, with an emphasis on community teams. The website has links to all of the guides and a forum for any questions you may have. Any and all feedback is greatly appreciated.
Just to add on - we recently transitioned to a community team last summer and faced some kinks that were successfully remedied. IHR would love to help out other community teams with their transition, recruiting, and sustainability. Check out IronLink - we hope you find it helpful.
