Team 293 SPIKE Parametric Swerve Drivetrain CAD Release

Throughout the offseason, 293 SPIKE has been working on a building a swerve drivetrain so that we have the knowledge and experience to integrate it into our next robot should it prove to be strategically advantageous over tank drive.
