The Spartabots have been hard at work building our 14th season robot for Rapid React! With our first event coming up this weekend, we’re proud to finally unveil Chronos:

Chronos technically isn’t 100% complete just yet - that’s just the way FRC goes, I guess. We lost 3 weeks of our season unfortunately due to a poorly performing Omio, and various other small delays meant that we couldn’t get the robot assembled and testing as soon as we’d hoped. We’re still excited to bring our best at the Auburn HS and Bonney Lake District Events! See you all there!

Beautiful robot. Is there a turret or is aiming reliant on swerve?

Swerve only - we also had an adjustable hood but ended up opting to lock it for auburn to make things simpler. Chronos can still shoot from the driver station wall up to the tarmac line with only flywheel speed adjustments.
