Aragon Robotics FRC 840 is looking for mentors for the upcoming 2022-2023 season and beyond! We’re looking for talented individuals with a background in mechanical, programming, or business / management in order to strengthen our program, attend meetings, and act as advisors to the students.
Team 840 has been competing in FRC since 2001, and are based in San Mateo, California. We are also home to two other teams, MegaloDON ROV, a marine robotics team, and FTC team 4345. Mentor Guidelines:
All Mentor Positions on Aragon Robotics:
-Are held to a high standard of behavior, including mutual respect, maturity, cooperation, and dedication.
-Are role models for the rest of the team.
-Are committed to guide and advise students on technical difficulties and/ or logistics issues.
-Should regularly attend meetings
Mentors should embody Gracious Professionalism. They should be prepared in assisting to difficult decisions in an efficient manner, communicating opinions respectfully and effectively, and holding students and themselves accountable.
Team 840 meets Tuesdays and Thursdays from 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm .
