Has anyone seen a List of Materials for the team elements posted yet? I did find the blog post from 2019 of it being posted on the 19th of December. I was just getting a bit anxious to be able to get the material!

I’d love to see that; I never knew it was posted ahead of time!
It’s usually posted–if there is one, which there usually is–right before Christmas. It’s so that teams know what material to stock up on for field build (at least of the team-build elements).
It may or may not actually be useful…
And generally it’s plywood and 2x4s and the like.

It’s fun to read the list, but we usually do our own design work, to make a smaller subset of field elements that we think are appropriate to our robot’s needs, our limited work space, our budget, and what we have on hand already.
