Team 11 recieved the “Most Powerful Robot” award from team 343, Metal In Motion, I am uncertain as to whether it is for just the Curie division, or if it is between all of them but we are honored to to be recognized for our achievement. I know that our drive train team spent countless hours thinking and conceptualizing our drive train, and they spent copious amounts of work making sure that we were one of the “Most Powerful Robots”
We also got a “ticket” from Team #25’s Cool Squad for “excessive pinkness.” The only reason why I remember is because I was on the receiving end of the firing squad. They also nailed the pit crew, and the rest of the drive team. Our team received other awards, but I cannot remember them at the moment, and anyways they are packed up at the moment.
We gave out a few awards, nothing terribly unique. BUT we did give out the “Sexy Bot” award. Glad to say that 1114 earned that one… phew… what a SAXY machine.
