Team Goals for the New Season

A few friends and I were discussing what goals we have set out for our team this year. We are making plans to carry out that will hopefully lead us into accomplishing said goals. I was wondering what goals other teams are setting for themselves this year. I find its very good motivation for teams to work towards something specific.

As for us, we’re going to try to earn more of the technical awards, an area that we’ve always lacked in. So, what’s your team aiming for? Awards wise and just team wise?

Every year we try to aim for better team communication. Not sure if that is problem with you guys, but it helps to over come that task.

Another, technical related goal is to try and come up with some unique and innovative. Anyone can go look at old match videos and come up with an idea, but it takes effort to come up with a simplistic unique design.

Not goofing off as much. That greatly hinders our ability to make a good robot.

Also, I’d like my robot cart to be super-awesome-cool this season.
