Team Hoodie Printing

Hello! I am looking for an apparel printing company that can print a hoodie for our team, 4765, preferably with designs on the sleeves. Most that I have found so far are geared more towards more athletic jerseys, which may not fit a robotics team as well. Does anyone have suggestions of a company that could print hoodies for us? Thanks in advance!

As someone who has handled apparel for robotics in the past and now several campus organizations in college thus far, while it’s implied from your post, have you shopped around to all your local vendors with this idea you have?
I ask this since sometimes you can find a gem in the rough with a local vendor. It cuts out a middleman/additional cost if you’re ordering online or from a vendor suggested by a team in a different city/state. The main cost that comes to mind would be shipping and handling but I’ve definitely noticed from the local vendor many of our college clubs order from in town, GraphicFX, that they have a much better price/item and obviously, total price compared to places like CustomInk. These discounts sometimes are double-digit margins, even for the nicer base merchandise i.e Gildan 100% Cotton vs. TriBlend vs. Comfort Colors, which is a favorite of the Greek organizations I work with.
Otherwise, the only other suggestion I can think of, especially if local vendors aren’t the most tech-savvy at promoting themselves online is potentially reaching out to nearby teams and asking if they minded sharing who they work with for their merchandise. Obviously, bonus points if they have a similar design to the hoodie design you’re describing with the sleeves.

I would like to second finding a local vendor! Talk to your school. A lot of the time they already have local screen printing partners, and those local shops are usually a lot more willing to work with you on getting things perfect.

That being said, Custom Ink can do hoodies with sleeve designs, and customizations for names, etc. as well. It won’t be cheap, but they have great support too. I have used them for robotics, and personal projects in the past, and their customer service is pretty good. I had an issue with a print job once, and it was on a medium tight time line. They had their vendor redo and reship it, still had an issue. Contacted them again, and they brought it in house, and turned it around and express shipped it. They let me keep the screwed up ones too, so while they weren’t what I wanted, at least then I had spares for if one got trashed (or it ended up being a hot day and I went through like 2-3 t-shirts during the event anyway)

Check out BigFrog. They have locations all over. The one we work with in Woodbury, MN has been fantastic in responding to our apparel requests.
