Team Mean Machine is excited to announce our 2020 robot “Artemis”! It will be competing this weekend at Clackamas Academy.
I saw in your reveal that you were shooting over the trench. I also noticed your limelight looked to be facing the other way. Are you just shooting blind and going to use this in competition or was that just for show? Other than that awesome robot and I can’t wait to compete with/against you!
Nice looking forward to seeing it at Sundome. Also nice bonus Cloverbot reveal.
We are using two lime lights one for shooting and one for feeder station line up, but we hope to eventually use both while shooting!

Once again, Mean Machine builds my favorite robot of the season! The cinematography in this video is crazy, and I love the way that robot moves!
This robot is crazy scary (scarier in person) and I’m glad we’re not at the same event until DCMP.
Also I’m in this video lol
This is awesome!!
Are the two “skywalker” motors wired to the same motor controller? How many motors does your indexer take? Trying to figure out how you have enough PDP slots
Yes they are bag motors so they are run on the same motor controller. The feeder is powered off 1 falcon, we actually have one more pdp slot and plan one putting it to good use !

Awesome job, Mean Machine! Great to see that the Cloverbots have another formidable robot as well this year.
Does your shooter only have one motor? Or do your limelights not take up a PDP slot?
Are you guys using your diffy swerve?
Amazing job guys! Looks like a robot to be proud of. Can’t wait to watch it compete.
No we are using the “Hermès” modules we designed in the off-season.

Two shooter motors (Neos) and yes the limelight’s take up a port on the pdp.

A 10 ball auto that lets others do things. Smart!
Bonus points for designing a robot that looks just like your team logo!
8 swerve
1 climber
2 shooter
1 skywalker
1 feeder
1 color wheel
1 limelights
1 intake
= 16
Did you PTO your climber winch from your shooter? Or something else clever?
Your design is very reminiscent of 254 2017! That swerve is also incredibly slick, I wish I could see it in person.
Love that routine at 0:45!!! Superb work.
Astute observation. Indeed, the climber is a PTO from the shooter.
