Here is a video summary from Team THRUST 1501 of lifts at Boilermaker Regional for the Atlanta scouts. We can lift 1 or 2 robots for 60 points.

We lifted a total of 435 points, ranging from 30 points through 60 points. We can “buzzer” lift as well to add to the excitement.

If we can talk your team into driving on our wings, we will do our best to put you in the danger zone…

That’s such a great video! Lift after lift after lift.

After seeing videos of your robot up here, there was one thing I wanted to do at Boilermaker: Get lifted by 1501.

And we did just that.

Yes we can play defense.

In this match, we protected Technokats Team 45. Great driving by the Redabot 1646 trying to get to 45, but we kept them away even when they tried to come around the other side of the rack.

I thought this was a pretty good showing of our defense abilities and our rookie driver.

and as to defense, did you guys go up against a robot that could push you around?
I know the tank drive train we use could push you Very easily

Unfortunately we lost in the quarter finals. We were second seeded though. We might have been higher if we could have convinced the other teams that our wings were safe in the early matches.

We had pretty good traction but could get pushed around some. We were more of an annoyance robot. We got in the way of our opponents :smiley:
