Just to let everyone know, even though we didn’t win the UTC regional, we shouldn’t be counted out of the running yet. This was the first year for our drivers, and they now know what they shouldn’t have done in the semi-finals, and what they should have done. We’ve added a program to automatically right ourselves IF we tip over.
Chiefdelphi will DEFINITELY be there at the end!
Can’t wait 'till Florida!

Steve,
I know I will be the last one to discount RAGE. I had a blast driving against your team in the quarterfinals. You and BUZZ gave us a run for our money. Though we were plagued with a few minor technical problems, I think we held up against you well. I am still impressed by your bot, and look forward to watching you in FL!

Lora,
You too have an awsome robot. Your strategy was totaly different from the rest of the teams at the UTC regional, and it worked! You had us thinking of a strategy that would stop you guys for a while. You would definitly make a good ally for us, or alomst any other team!
I look forward to seeing your team too in Florida!

From what I’ve seen at GLR and MWR, CD5, Huskie Brigade and WildStang are the teams to beat if they get suitable alliances: all 3 can can switch from being offensive dynamos to gritty defenders when the situation demands it; the Bomb Squad, Technokats, Hotbot, #201 and #249 will all be knocking at the door as dangerous role players; I suppose I would add my own team to the 2nd list but, unfortunately, we don’t tend to seed high and might get overlooked in a field of 270. Finally, you know the sweet 16 will include a bunch of UTC and NASA teams. The 'ol crystal ball is looking pretty cloudy but I think I can see a Pontiac team up on the awards podium and, although I can’t make out the number they’re wearing, they appear to have uniforms colored…
