The imagemap of tools is a creative idea!
Suggestions:
The font for the titles on the tools is hard to read, especially when superspaced (“Team History” on the hand sander-thing).
The heavy reliance on images make the pages long to load.
The layout of your website doesn’t work in Firefox.
