Part CM of our code release is now up! Or, more accurately, CM parts. This year, we have decided to go with a more tangible and physical representation of the work we’ve done over the past year.
Without further ado, here is our binary blob release of our dummy_wpilib_common.cpp file under the GNU Free Documentation License.
We know that we’re told a picture is worth a thousand words, but this one is worth closer to 3000.

Guess we’re going to be teaching the students assembly.

Unlike a dramatic reading, I don’t think this one could possibly qualify as “complete information sufficient to produce the design”. I think you’d need to make a public offer for sending a physical copy of the (shredded) file to anybody who sends you a SASE or the like, assuming the 2019 rule closely matches 2018’s R15 (and assuming the LRI enforcing it has a sense of humor).
We only have the one copy, so it must be shared between everyone who desires to read it. However, we are happy to send it to anyone willing to pay the cost of shipping.
