I just realized that I can manage to take a shower and dress in about 15 minutes to get to an FRC competition, but not for work even though I wear the same type of clothes.
I also can sit and organize a robotics room, but not my own apartment.
Anyone else have something they manage to get done for robotics that they don’t for their daily lives?
Getting up on time/early
Talk to people.
I have to talk to people in order to que them.
I don’t have to say anything to anyone at my job if I don’t have to and I usually don’t.
8ams in College? No thank you.
4:30am wakeup to go to an offseason State Championship for a state my team isn’t in a few towns over? Done.
act like a generally functional human being
Write an essay, I can write an essay for chairmans but I can’t find the willpower to write one for English class.
Half an hour on a bus to go get groceries? Heck no.
An hour and a half to go mentor my team? Four times a week!
