what really repend in this situation?
I mean you could do that but purposely violating a penalty (mutually so) comes with it’s own penalty. I wouldn’t recommend it.
Trying to exploit the rulebook for the purposes of RP generation is never going to go well.

Understandable. It was added to the 2023 Manual in a mid-build update, and I’m actually glad to see it carried through as an Evergreen rule.
