Thursday morning set up...

I noticed in Bill’s Blog that we are required to hand carry our items brought into our venues …“Then hand carry in the rest of your supplies in one trip during event check-in.” The same has been said before but carts were still alowed to be used (08 Championship for example). Do you think we can expect the same reasonable, and safe accomodation again? I haven’t been able to find a Q and A relating to this issue…did I miss something? Am I interpreting Bill’s comments correctly? Eight batteries and their chargers get pretty heavy, don’t they?

I understand that Bill’s Blog is not an “official” source but I was wondering if anyone has heard from or seen an official source that addresses this. I am on the planning committee for LVR and I assure you we would like to see an official clarification of this question (yes we will be posting for a Q and A response)…I am just wondering if I missed something official relating to this…
