Tote coefficient(s) of friction

Here’s a simple question.
Has anyone measured the static and dynamic coefficient of friction for the tote on competition field carpet?

Same question. As a rookie team coach, our resources are limited. Other research has led me to know that we are using:

Shaw Floors, Philadelphia Commercial, Neyland II 20, 50510,
On the forums here, someone believed the “pile” of the carpet to be 20 oz /sq yd.

Perhaps I’ll have one of my physics students conduct an experiment with the totes (upside down as well and the green tote too) to determine mu. I imagine I can find some indoor/outdoor carpet around campus. It will be a day or two before I can get a student on it.

HDPE and tote may be worth investigating, unless “slick” is a good enough determination for you.

I have not tested anything yet but here is the exact carpet being used on the competition field:Neylan II 20
