We have a couple of teams from New England who got our invites late Friday/Saturday and crazily said yes. I’ve spent all day trying to make arrangements for flights that won’t completely bankrupt us and the best option I’ve got is that we’ll leave early Sunday morning out of Dallas-Fort Worth Airport. I had hoped to charter a bus to get us there (there are 23 of us) but all the companies I’ve called said they are completely booked for the weekend.
If there’s anyone that might be heading in that direction (leaving Houston late Saturday night) and has room for some extra passengers (doesn’t need to be all of us, but the more the better) please let me know.
Thanks. I looked into the commercial bus services but the timing doesn’t seem to work out. At the worst we’ve reserved some rental cars and will drive us there, but still hoping to find a bus so that we can sleep on the bus instead of having the adult mentors driving!
U-haul costs 20 bucks plus some fee per mile. Anyone with a drivers license can rent it. Try to get a pickup as the Cargo Vans feel like driving a boat.

Vonlane has bus service from Houston Downtown to Dallas Love Field.
It is a bus with 22 seats and personal service on the trip.
Departure time would probably be the middle of the afternoon though and about $100 per person. https://vonlane.com/

Have you looked at FlixBus or Greyhound? I just checked and Flixbus seemed to have 5:30pm bus fares to Dallas (9:30pm arrival Saturday evening), about $26-30 per person for one way ticket
