I’m a part of the UCSD Autonomous Airplane team. We design, build, and fly drones each year, and we’re looking for students to join. We would be delighted to see students from FIRST join our team, as we are looking for students with skills in programming (esp. computer vision and controls), electronics (interfacing, soldering, circuit design), and mechanical design. If there are any FIRST students heading to UCSD, please PM me if you are interested. This program is a great way to get involved at UCSD and stay involved in robotics.
