Unable to access STIMS

We have been trying to access STIMS since noon. All we get is an error stating “An unexpected error has occurred and has been logged. If the issue persists please contact support for assistance at [email protected].” Is anyone else seeing this? We have 10 minutes before the deadline

Have you contacted FIRST via that email? That would be a good starting point.

Never mind. It was caused by Chrome defaulting to my username and password. I cleared them and the students were able to login. Sorry if I caused a panic

For anyone who has these types of problems in the future (hopefully people learn how to use search and end up here)… it’s a good rule of thumb to email FIRST as soon as you see any sign of a problem like this. They will be more understanding if you are proactive and reach out prior to deadlines. Save yourself and prove that you tried prior to the deadlines.

And while you’re at it, ask them if it’s okay to use Velcro on the rope. I hear people are still not quite sure about that.
