Registration for each robot is $50. Registration form and the rules can be found on the link on the flier. Look on the menu bar, under UnderDrive 2008.
This game is simply a scaled down version of OverDrive. We use a 1/3 scale to scale almost everything down to size. Of course there are some aspects which could not be scaled, ie, ball, ball weight, but the right size ball, 13" in diameter, has been chosen so that it would extend beyond the chassis.

Reminder again that we’re running this on linoleum (no carpet), size restrictions apply but no weight nor money restrictions at all. Matches are run 2x2. Inspection is basically just to make sure your robot isn’t dangerous, they’re be an Inspection Station and our head mentor will be there. Tape and glue not allowed. And our head mentor may override any and all rules.
Order forms for lunch when you get there, you’ll need to schedule your lunch in between matches somehow, since we’re running a tight schedule. It’ll run ~11 to 1 pm. Snacks sold 10 to 3 pm.
Oh yes, there’s a flag we’ll give you to put on your robot, but it’s small and easy to put on. Shouldn’t be any problem.
Oh, and you’ll be subject to being photographed and videotaped, we don’t have consent forms but just let us know and we can photoshop if needed, hehe.
