Maybe because, this topic is Very cool? creating robots to run underwater would be an amazing experience. if i get a chance, i would love to do it.
When i went to FIU (Florida Internatioinal University) for some presentations, they were explaining how they do this Underwater vehicle projects. seems pretty cool… 
Underwater robots? Who in their right mind would do that?
I know, I hear Some People Even do it for a Living… Weirdo’s
