The links are on this page: http://www.usfirst.org/roboticsprograms/frc/content.aspx?id=18758 After you install the updates, reimage the cRio with v27.
wht do u mean by “reimage the crio with v27”?
use the Reimaging Tool on the Desktop…check the box to reformat and choose the v27.zip file
were there anymore updates to anything, beside the link u gave me?
Yes, there are many updates to many things. Team Updates are published twice a week. Look here: http://www.usfirst.org/frc/teamupdates
There have been nine so far. Team Update #10 should be released tonight (Friday, February 11).
Alan, I believe he was talking about software updates.
Arthur, the page that Jon provided a link to contains links to all the software updates that are necessary. Different updates are needed based on your choice of programming language(note that the labview update is required no matter your chosen language).
There are also some scattered updates that may apply to you on the Kit of Parts website.
Such as, Windows 7 activation on the Classmate, and some fixes for specific problem conditions.
After the link to the Software Updates page was offered, he asked about “anymore updates to anything”. The Team Updates aren’t just for changes to the robot rules. They announce such things as the drive space recovery process for the Classmate, the fix for the Windows 7 activation problem, and the notice of mandatory software updates (and where to find them). Whether or not someone is focusing only on software updates, I think it’s important for them to be pointed to the more inclusive information.
