But my keyboard is in a tray that slides under my desk, and everytime I try to do it with my chin, I hit my head on the desk before i reach the keyboard… I’m starting to get a headache…

Better than I would have guessed. If I tried to do this on my laptop I think it would have been worse. I also found the space bar to be the easiest.
