Using PathWeaver with VictorSPX Can Connection

We have been trying to use path weaver in our FRC software project. But we have VictorSPX motor driver and we use CAN-BUS connection on this system. And we also can’t use WPI_VictorSPX declaration with the other functions that Pathfinder brings us because it just doesn’t detect it as a motor controller at all. It shows this error below. How can we solve this?

You’re mismatching types. You need an EncoderFollower object, not a speed controller object.
