We need 5 solenoids on our robot, we have 4 24v solenoids and 3 12v. Can we use the new rev PCH on 24v together with the old PCM on 12v?
And I just want to make sure - can we use two cylinders from one solenoid?

Yes and yes.
Since the PCH has regulated/boosted 12v output for solenoids, and the PCM uses battery voltage for 12v output for solenoids, I would tend to use the PCH for 12v solenoids and PCM for 24v if you’re mixing and matching. You may find that 12v solenoids won’t trigger with the PCM if you’re also doing other things that draw a lot of current and droop the battery voltage.
