We would like to make some face tattoos for our team this year and can’t seem to find anyone local that does this sort of work.

Last time I had a student tattooed, I got complaints. I think you looking for temporary tattoo. You can get printable temporary tattoo paper (laser or ink jet) and do it your self. We did that several years ago with good results, but I forget the exact details. Amazon is one source for the paper
