That’s a fine pairing.
Also for consideration is replacing the typical pizza sauce with barbeque and adding some grilled chicken.
Pineapple goes well with the barbeque.

2022 will be the year that pineapples are finally banned from being sold in US stores
In my opinion Pineapple on its own is a fine fruit. However, when you combine it with pizza you unleash a curse upon the world that can be the death of some of us pizza enjoyers.
