VEX motors on FRC

Are VEX motors allowed to be used and programmed on the hostbot? And if they are how do you do it?

VEX motors are not listed in <R45>. As such, they are not allowed for use by <R46>.

If the VEX servos are under 4W, then those should be legal (under <R45>); you get to convince the inspectors that they’re under 4W.
