VEX Robotics Problem

Our Robotics Team, Apache Genesis, has been having trouble with VEX Robotics. Thursday at 5 O’Clock in the afternoon, we ordered overnight shipping and the website said they will use FedEx. In the website it said that they work on Saturdays so our sponsor was awaiting a response from them. He did not receive a confirmation e-mail and as a result he e-mailed them back asking if they had received our order. They still did not reply. Our sponsor once again e-mailed them on Saturday and they still did not reply. We still don’t have the tracking number for our shipment yet. Is there anyone from VEX that could help us or anything that we could do to make this ship faster?

My past experience with FedEx shipping says yes, Saturday delivery happens…but only if you’re willing to pay for it specifically. I’d advise contacting them directly with the order number and see what they say. The FIRST market is always growing, but it’s not big enough for any suppliers to go getting people hacked off at them. :slight_smile:

Just an FYI for future reference, VEX does not work on Saturdays.

Just call them. VEX has Really great customer service.

I was curious, about your problem, so I did little checking.

From the website, " contact us ". The Vex distribution center is in Greenville, Tx (Central Time zone ) their hours are 8am to 5pm.

If you put the order in at 5pm, your time?, in Nogales, AZ? VEX had closed, for the day, an hour before your order went in. They probably pulled it Friday.
