Does anyone know if we can edit a Quote that we have already put in before ordering? For instance I recently requested a quote and, while I can still view it on the site, I can’t figure out how to remove or add anything to it.
I would rather not have to recreate the entire quote if they add something that I want . . .

Not sure if this is the right solution of if you already stumbled on it, but if you log in and can view your old quotes and you click order/reorder, it will populate your shopping cart with all the items. Then you can just delete/add items to it and generate a new quote.
If generating a new quote number is a an issue for you, I’d just call the guys at Vex Sales. They have always been prompt at fixing issues like this for me.
Are the VersaHorseshoes anodized? This is important.
I don’t know if hamsters would survive the anodizing process…

That’s weird, I ordered a small order last Thursday evening and had my stuff delivered Monday.
I recall last build season being pretty bad with delivery times - specifically on the WCP gearboxes.

Was this ordered through VEX or West Coast Products? We did a search in our system for orders placed around 12/3 shipping to Elk Grove, and there is only one order that looks like it was actually placed through WCP. It shipped on 12/10 - if this is yours and you’re still curious, I can PM you a UPS tracking number.

All of the items that we have ordered this past fall have fully met the shipping expectations from the site. We ordered last week and got the materials Monday.
