This error message keeps popping up while trying to update the firmware but to reset the bridge you must update the firmware and to update the firmware you must reset the bridge (to my understanding). What could possibly be causing this? What can I do to fix the issue and connect the radio. Thank you for your time!
The VH-109 has a different way to configure. Please read the documentation.
That looks like the old radio configuration utility, but you’re trying to use it with the new radio?
We have already read the documentation but the problem is that none of the urls are working with the radio we just get unknown url responses with those do you know of any other way to get to it other than that?
Are you saying you get an error message when you open https://frc-radio.vivid-hosting.net/ ?
Can you post a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?
Are you referring to https://frc-radio.vivid-hosting.net/ or http://192.168.69.1/?
Assuming it’s the second one, make sure the radio is powered and connected to the computer via ethernet from the DS port on the VH-109 to the laptop. If for some reason that doesn’t work, try http://radio.local/.
