EK025 Arducam OV9281 board, is there a way to connect the micro usb directly to the lens through the UVC protocol? (Libcamera installed)

The lens is the transparent focusing part at the front of the camera. I don’t understand what connection you want to make since I’m sure that camera model doesn’t have a focusing drive system to move the lens programmatically.
If you meant the camera board (of which the lens is a part) on top of the USB board then no - you bought the combo so you have both the RPi connection on the top board and the USB connection on the bottom board only.
If you want an ArduCam USB only OV9281 on a single board, then buy the 844 board.
