Vision Processing in GRIP Error

My team is using axiscam M1014 for vision processing. Right now, the camera is connected by ethernet to a computer, not through the robot. We’re able to connect to the camera by using Axis IP Utility and the feed shows up fine. When trying to add the IP camera to GRIP, it’s unable to connect and the camera service crashes. Any help with this issue?

What URL are you giving GRIP? It needs a direct link to the MJPEG stream

The service crash is just because GRIP can’t connect to the URL it was given
