Waiver form for New STEM site

Anyone have a waiver form for teams to allow them to use a STEM site?

We started a new STEM site in south central MI called INNOVATE Albion. This year is the first year we’re inviting outside teams to use our field. I’m wondering if any other STEM site operators can pass me a waiver form that they have teams/mentors/kids sign before allowing them to use the site.

Thanks

Talk to your school’s or school district’s lawyer.

Copy-pasting waivers is how you end up in trouble, especially when local regulations can vary quite a bit in the US.

We’re not a school. We’re a non-profit. And right now, anything is better than nothing.

The MURA (Minneapolis Urban Robotics Alliance) practice field requires teams to submit a certificate of liability - basically, something from the team’s school’s insurance company that covers liability for anything the team does on-site.
