Warning Light ( orange ) on Krahen X60 /TalonFX -In FRC breadboard Set Up

Noticed the warning light -on the Krahen in attached set up . Don’t have access to trouble shooting info and I personally did not walk thru set up. Trying to guide the FRC team member as to possible causal factors. Very simple set just to see if motor functions What are some areas that they should investigate Thanks

I don’t see a Kraken in that photo. There are also different meanings of an orange light depending on how it’s blinking. This page in CTRE’s docs shows all the status light patterns:
