Web Dashboard not showing CAN

So everything was working just fine… we were able to connect to the RoboRIO with IE11 and i was able to update the firmware on all the Talon SRX… We also re-image and update the RIO…

At this point, I am trying to use the webdashboard and none of the Talon SRX are showing… I switched between the competition and the mule and i have the same issue on both control system…

Comm light is on… all CAN connection seems ok… I reboot the laptop, and same results…

Any tips or things to look at ?

You need to run the phoenix update on the rio, as detailed here: https://github.com/CrossTheRoadElec/Phoenix-Documentation

Read the section titled “Installing Phoenix Framework onto your FRC robot”

We ran into the exact same issue, and this fixed it. It isn’t documented as well as I wish it had been…
