WEB HUG 2001

Coach on team #47, Chief Delphi, from Pontiac Central H.S. and Delphi Automotives Systems.

Are we ready for the 2001 WEB HUG?

First what is the “Web Hug”?

This is the event at the Nationals where all the persons that seem to live on these forum’s get a chance to see each other face to face.

We have such a great community of FIRST people that it is quite exciting to share a few moments and a “Hug” to start the competition.

We will meet on Thursday 12:00 at the grassy knoll. This is located on that small strip of land with the trees outside the tent on the way from the competition to the entrance of Epcot.

I will be passing out reminder flyers to all pits on Thursday morning.

Take a few min. out of the busy activity and make this event one to remember.

Please pass the word on to all the great persons that make this forum so helpful to teams.

Hey all,

I did the web hug in NE and it was pretty cool. I was hoping to be @ the one @ Nats. But my plane doesn’t land in Orlando until 11:40am on Thursday. So have a good one!! Hopefully I’ll see many of you around. Look for the Blue Lightning Alumni Shirt It will be one of 3 @ the competition!!

HEY MOE!

Haven’t heard from you in a while. You know there are at least 2 robots named after you - well maybe not necessarily after you, but go see them at the pits and give them your blessing for good luck.
