Week 0 registration

Does anyone know were to register for the week 0 event that 811 is hosting?

I am not exactly sure where we pre-register at 12:00 today. Here is the announcement: http://www.team811.com/week-zero-2020

Perhaps that page will flip over to a registration page at noon?
