I’m bored at work, so I’ve been watching the match results so far today and figured for whoever else is around on this Friday of the weekend of 9 regionals.
Florida: 103 has lost both matches
Boilermaker: 1024 and 45 have dropped two of two. 111 has two 60+ wins. 1024 and 45 are in a match together coming up very soon…
Detroit: 217’s alliance in the first match of the regional put up 124.
Connecticut: 195 has dropped two of two
Matches I posted above are the only ones that are currently listed on the FIRST site. The other regionals that I did not post, I feel won’t have too many significant contenders coming out of them.
CT and Boilermaker are the regionals to watch (currently)
Also, there are some teams that I definitely left out that could be on the matches to watch list. Example; Florida has a lot of midlevel teams that could create some great matches, but I just focused on the stars.
Would love to watch them but for SOME REASON they in .rar format which means REAL player, which sucks cause REAL is a REAL piece of s*%@.
Gameday even letting my down today… well guess I should really be working instead of watching robot game.
I hope they have the issues worked out by Sat… my day off
At the moment, 217 is atop the standings in Detroit at 5-0-0.
My only question is, how is 217 doing so well on Friday. Historically, 217 has NEVER done well on Fridays. The traditional gameplan was to have every concievable type of human, mechanical, and electrical problem go wrong on friday, only to make a miraculous recovery saturday morning, convincing a top seed to pick us.
If they keep this up, they could be, dare I say it, an alliance captain. :ahh:
Word on the street is that pink is kinda broken. Something about their elevator motor not being strong enough and getting burned out. Can anyone confirm?
