For many of us we celebrated Thanksgiving yesterday, what wins were you thankful for this week? Big or Small.
For me I’m thankful for having a few days to rest, the last few months have been super stressful and having a few days off will help.

I’m thankful that at least we got to see all our kids on Zoom.
We cut down a Christmas tree this morning, and finished decorating it a few minutes ago. A different experience at the tree lot - it’s the first time my wife and I went without any kids in a long time, perhaps ever.
I got the job - your favorite Onshape evangelist is now your favorite PTC/Onshape intern!
Also grateful to spend some time with family this week and head back to college soon. Lots of wins to be grateful for, hope everyone had a great week!
Hey man can we get some of those assembly mirrors?
Went home after three months and celebrated an appropriately distanced Thanksgiving with my family and pets.
Congrats Marcus! I got the other Academic Application Engineer Internship for PTC. I’m pretty excited to get to work.
While it was a sad win, I finished up my internship with GE Power. It ended on great terms, so I’m hopeful I’ll get a call if any engineering positions open up. Thanksgiving was also a much-needed break from school.
I am thankful to have a wood pellet smoker.
Smoked Turkey is an amazing thing!!!
Yeah, healthy family and the ability see everyone via zoom are probably on the top of the list.
For the first time in team history 3512 is moderately competent with a ball game piece! Turns out, the answer all along was prototyping like mad.
We have been working on our auton routines:
Agreed. I smoked a turkey for the first time this Thanksgiving and it was absolutely amazing.
I smoked a bunch of turkey drumsticks and thighs for Canadian Thanksgiving several weeks ago and shared some with a coworker. It’s one of my favourite things to do with my smoker.
I also smoked some moon cheese that I had just made
Our EE & teacher mentors (married) moved to Virginia several months ago now for a career opportunity, but yesterday we learned that they are expecting their first child May 4th, which was exciting news.
My Turkey Day highlight was making a “teepee” with my niece with tarps & bungees and enjoying the sunny late Fall weather and good food.
I’m planning on smoking a turkey next week, and making some turkey noodle soup too. I have too many leftovers to start for another few days. First time too, but I’ll have to make sure it can fit in the small smoker I’ve got. My Dad smoked turkey & ham in his wood pellet smoker for yesterday.
Frustrated some email scammers…
I got a working version of a Variable Library FeatureScript put together, including support for functions and uploading variables from CSV files. I also put together a shiny new FeatureScript blog, which I’ll be posting soon. Exiting!
Did you ask about the toaster?
Nope… or at least, not yet.
And NO CONDITIONS APPLY!
We participated in the Izmir pre season event and won the quality award
I just applied to Clarkson University, RIT, Wentworth, and University of Maine! Only three more applications to go!
Hang in there! Finishing them up is a big relief (although maybe not as big as you’d hope).
