For me it was the announcement of the Ewcp scholarship. This has been a long term goal and we finally managed to do it.

Started mentoring team 6104 (moved down to Southern Israel for a year) and had my first in-person meeting with the team

17 years after I attended 1293’s first-ever interest meeting, I’m now Lead Mentor 2 for 1293.

Also, reworked a metric ton of toys today so that they can be controlled with standard adaptive switches. Not seen: at least a dozen lever nuts chilling inside making the connections.

Mounted some odometry modules to the FTC testing drivebase, and returned it to one of the programmers houses.
Also finished working on(in CAD) the changes that ae being made to the shooter this season.

Fixed my Ender 3 Pro that I accidentally burned some PLA inside the extruder for, and is now working again!

End of fall leadership meeting was this week. Had some great conversations with the mentors, something I’ve been missing for a long time.

Team is finally back on our feet and we have a great plan for the next five months which is super super exciting. Looking forward to what we can make out of this weird year!

A couple hours ago, I got elected treasurer and fundraising chair of my university’s robotics club, as a first-semester freshman.

Our living room is clean/organized and Christmas lights and trees are up! Added some smart plugs for the outdoor lights and indoor lights, which is fantastic.

One of our very deserving seniors got a college match through Questbridge (for high-achieving, low-income, students). He gets a full ride scholarship at Washington U. of St. Louis! Really proud of him. That’s why we do this.
