how heavy is the cage?
Based on the materials (Schedule 40 Steel Pipe and 0.135" steel plates), it will probably be close to 20 pounds. That will do some serious damage to a robot at speed.

I concur. Based on the volumes from the CAD files and the listed materials in the field drawings, I got ~17lbs not including the chain or the mounting components.
