I’ve been wondering about what FRC students, mentors, and alums have collected over the years that would be considered to be interesting and/or weird. For example: I came into ownership of the metal pieces that the bars that the Rapid React hanger rested on and my team owns the hanger bar itself.

My coffee table is a working color wheel. I also have too much fuel, some metal bars, a hatch panel, and a gear.

My teammate has a broken 6in Andymark wheel on his wall
My younger brother brought home a moat from Stronghold after an off-season event back in 2016. He keeps saying he’s going to turn it into something, but more than 6 years later it’s still sitting in our garage.
The spare rhino drive pods, and a set of spare treads for that from out 2016 bot. The side panels from our 2015 bot, and a random panel from our 2014 bot I think.
I have the old 2003 control system
I’ve got a worn out sprocket from our elevator this year
I have a pulley with a broken flange from the intake that I slammed in to the double substation wall
I still have some popped 2004 balls somewhere in the house.
I’ve also got the launcher panel from 4901’s 2004 robot, Sandstorm I.
I don’t own “it” but a 2017 official airship
I’ve got the top of the 2022 human player station from an offseason event my team ran, and a broken battery beak
Somewhere, I own a complete set of Logomotion tubes.
We took an airship from a 2017 offseason and rebuilt it in the woods behind our high school. Whole thing fit in a Volvo hatchback.
In addition to game pieces and parts of robots and old buttons and stuff like that, I have some old kickoff tickets and volunteer shirts…

From 2016 I have a broken piece of a polycarb divider from between the defenses.
A big jar of pickles.
And the Power Up video game cut-out.
My teammate has over 2 dozen DTE Tape Measures. (Combined total from Michigan State Champs 22’ and 23’)
