Mentor matches? Really!? This sounds too cool!!

Has this been done before, or am I just a newbie?

Yes this has been done before. IRI has done it in the past, and Sweet Repeat did it 4 years ago.

We included mentor matches at the West Michigan Invitational back in 1997 too.

Just a quick reminder of the WMRI planning session scheduled for Tuesday July 10. This meeting is intended to get the students together, do some team building exercises, and have them make some decisions regarding the August event (such as t-shirt design, ect).

This is a mandatory meeting for teams 74, 107, 904, and 288, optional for all other teams and volunteers planning to attend WMRI.

We will be meeting at 7:00 pm at Grandville High School. Use the Auditorium entrance off Canal.
See you then!!!

so has anyone ever done a student vs mentor match? that might be interesting…

roger

I think it would be fun for east vs west michigian matchup.

that sounds good to me. i think west michigan has the advantage, even though i graduated from goodrich high school, which is on the east side of the state, and also has two FIRST teams.
