Is there any rules on if the human players can be on the field? Does the robot have to be completely inside the re-introduction zone to get power cells? Can you throw the power cells to the other human player?
Nope. The power cells have to be fully inside the reintroduction zone, but there is no restriction on the robot.
Sure. Also, you can build whatever crazy contraption you want to do the throwing.
