We plan on running the SDS MK4i modules this year and have designed up this wheel guard to prevent debris from entering into the robot. It has a nice snug fit into the main bearing plate and has three screws below to attach to the baseplate. This design still allows for the motor to be removed through the bottom without disassembly or removal of the guard. We ran a similar one in 2020 on the MK3’s and it did a great job of keeping carpet fuzz and junk out of the robot.
It prints up pretty nice with minimal support. I printed them in PLA with 15% infill and came out great on my ender 5.
